I'm a full-time property developer, contractor and landlord with 30 years experience in the trade. I
have run self-financed and client-financed projects to convert substantial existing buildings to flats, as well as
major renovations. I originally trained as a master-carpenter and I specialise in fine-finish work and building-in

As a business we provide a service as main contractor to clients wanting new-build, conversion or major renovation
works between Bristol, Bath and Shepton Mallet.
We are also currently looking for land suitable for development (up to 8 residential units), and investors in
building projects.
